At Sahoo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.
  • The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Required Proof for Returns

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, customers must provide the following when requesting a return or exchange:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and without any cuts or pauses.
  • The shipping label and package must remain visible throughout the video.
  • Clear photos showing the issue (if applicable).

Without a complete unboxing video, claims regarding missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items cannot be processed.


Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged items received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Items showing signs of use or washing.
  • Products without original tags.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved if:

  • The ordered item is out of stock after purchase.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order.
  • An exchange cannot be provided due to stock availability.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product
  • An item with missing pieces

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The required unboxing video
  • Clear photographs of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our return and exchange policy.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error is caused by Sahoo (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless otherwise stated.


Quality Inspection

Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.

Sahoo reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
